Our Purpose
Pulliam Surveying started with the idea that all people should have access to a Land Surveyor and that the Surveyors services should be both timely and affordable. Here at Pulliam Surveying we believe that all our clients deserve the same attention to detail and expertise regardless of their financial situation, the amount of acreage they own or their political connections. We pride ourselves on quick response times because we know that not everyone can wait weeks on end to speak with a land surveyor; and we keep our overhead as low as possible so that we can pass those savings on to our customers. Our team is dedicated to our product, our clients, our families and most importantly our God.

Professional Land Surveyor:
Mr. Pulliam has acquired a lot of experience in the past 25 years.
He has worked for and with government agencies, specifically the Natural Resource Conservation Commission, Missouri Department of Conservation, Missouri Department of Natural Resources, and the Missouri Department of Transportation. Mr. Pulliam has worked with county and local governments and even held public office, specifically the office of Stoddard County Surveyor and Stoddard County Floodplain Manager. He has experience with topographic mapping, construction staking, boundary surveys, ALTA surveys as well as floodplain management duties and responsibilities. He is licensed in Missouri and Arkansas and frequently works well over 150 miles from his
headquarters in rural Dunklin County, MO.

Qualifications
Mr. Pulliam has a degree in Industrial Technology, with an emphasis on Civil Construction from Three Rivers College. He is licensed in Missouri as Professional Land Surveyor No 2006016641 and in Arkansas as
Professional Land Surveyor No 1862. He is affiliated with the Missouri Society of Professional Surveyors, including the Southeast and Ozark Chapters thereof. He is also affiliated with the National Society of Professional Surveyors, the Arkansas Society of Professional Surveyors, and the Association of State Floodplain Managers. Mr. Pulliam’s latest venture, Pulliam Surveying LLC, is a Missouri single-member limited liability company operating under Missouri Certificate of Authority No LS-2023001378 and Arkansas Certificate of Authority No 4271.
